  • The amount of space required depends on the background and lighting setup being used. Before your session, we will discuss your location and determine an appropriate area for the photography setup.

  • The amount of time per person depends on the type of headshot your company needs and the overall size of the team. On average, it takes 5-7 minutes per person for a basic headshot. I will recommend a schedule based on your project so employees can move through the session efficiently without feeling rushed.

  • Yes. Lighting, background, camera position, cropping, and retouching are carefully controlled so the final photographs have a consistent professional appearance.

  • In many cases, yes. Please send examples of your existing headshots before the session. I will evaluate the lighting, background, composition, and retouching style and discuss the best approach for coordinating new images with them.

  • Yes. If maintaining consistency is important, we can keep the photography specifications from your original session and use them as a reference for future employees.
