TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Anya Sifton Photography. By booking a session, visiting this website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Anya Sifton Photography offers professional photography services including, but not limited to:

  • Corporate photography

  • Professional headshots

  • Personal branding

  • Model and dance sessions

  • Maternity, newborn, and family portraits

All sessions are tailored to each client’s needs and subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payment

To schedule a session, clients must complete the contact form on our Contact Page. Bookings are not confirmed until the photographer responds and scheduling is agreed upon.

A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve your session date. Full payment details and session terms will be outlined in your photography agreement.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 60 days of the original session date. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled sessions under these terms.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session and retainer.

4. Deliverables & Turnaround

Images are delivered digitally via a private online gallery. Typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the session date unless otherwise stated.

RAW (unprocessed) files are not included. Final images are professionally edited at the photographer’s discretion.

5. Image Rights & Usage

Anya Sifton Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use (e.g., printing, social media sharing with credit). Commercial usage (e.g., marketing, websites) is permitted for corporate and branding sessions, as agreed upon in the session contract.

Altering images (filters, cropping, etc.) is discouraged and may be prohibited depending on usage terms.

We reserve the right to use images from sessions for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

Anya Sifton Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, equipment failure, or client tardiness. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or deliver equivalent services.

7. Privacy

Client information is never sold or shared. Communication is limited to the scope of the service requested unless explicit permission is granted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
