    Every team session includes one group photo at no additional cost. Additional groupings (such as departments or project teams) are available and are billed at the same rate as additional individual images.

Preparing for Your Photo Session

To make the most of your session, I recommend bringing a few outfit options. It’s always better to overpack—I'll be there to help you choose the perfect looks before we begin. For a full preparation guide please refer to this helpful post.

There’s no need to worry about time constraints. Your session includes unlimited time and unlimited outfit changes, so we can take things at a relaxed pace. My goal is to create a stress-free environment where you can feel comfortable, warm up to the camera, and capture your best poses and expressions.

Throughout your shoot, you'll be able to view your images in real time on a computer screen. This is an incredibly useful tool that allows us to adjust posing, lighting, and styling on the spot. I’ll also guide you in selecting the best images—ones that highlight your personality and showcase your brand with trust, confidence, and approachability.

Sessions typically run between 15 minutes and 3 hours, depending on how many outfits, backgrounds, and lighting setups we use.

Photo retouching takes 2 to 7 days, depending on the number of images selected. Need your photos sooner? Same-day express delivery is available for an additional fee.
