Totally normal questions—and I promise, you’re not the only one who’s had them. So let me walk you through exactly what it’s like to work with me, step by step. My goal is to make this entire process feel easy, intentional, and maybe even… fun.
Step 1: Discovery Call
This is where it all starts. You and I hop on a quick call (or Zoom, if you like), and I ask about your business, your audience, and how you want to show up in the world.
Are you a bold thought leader? A calm, grounded guide? A high-energy entrepreneur?
Your photos should reflect that. And that’s what we figure out—together—right from the start.
Step 2: Planning + Strategy
Once we’ve nailed down your vibe and goals, I’ll send over a custom branding session guide. It includes location ideas, wardrobe tips, and a checklist to keep things stress-free.
If you want help choosing outfits, I’m in your corner. You can send me photos or even FaceTime me from your closet. I’ve done it before.
We’ll also plan out the types of shots you need—headshots, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, detail shots, social-friendly images, and anything else that fits your brand.
Step 3: Branding Session Shoot Day
This is where the magic happens. But don’t worry—this won’t feel like a stiff photoshoot.
I’ll guide you through everything: where to look, how to move, what to do with your hands. My job is to make you feel at ease so your personality comes through. We’ll laugh, we’ll hype you up, and we’ll take breaks when needed.
Most clients say it feels more like hanging out than “having their photo taken.” That’s the sweet spot.
Step 4: Image Delivery
After your branding session, I’ll go through every photo, select the best ones, and lightly retouch them to keep you looking like you—just your best, most polished version.
Then you’ll get a full gallery with high-res and web-size versions you can use across your entire brand.
